  • General overview data from CDC and Florida Dept of Health websites:
    • CDC Hospitalizations Summary – 394 cases, 1% increase (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe County data together, data through 12Au23).
    • CDC Death rates due to Covid-19 in the last week for Florida, 3.4%, a 21.4% increase from last week.
    • Florida Department of Health Weekly Situation Report (data for week 11Au23 – 17Au23 – no updates this week, report released every 2 weeks)
      • Overall State of Florida – 18,518 new cases (plateauing)
        • Monroe County – 65 new cases (increasing)
        • Dade County – 2,420 new cases (decreasing)
        • Broward County – 1,510 new cases (increasing)
