PUBLIC SAFETY REMINDER: All Elevator lifts are required to have a white Buoy tied to one fork if lift is to remain submerged with no vessel on the lift Sec. 5-43 Subsection (3) Elevator lifts. Also reflective devices must be affixed to the ends of the lift forks.

The City of Key Colony Beach's Building Department services include: Intake of Building Permits, Building and Trade Plan Review, Issuance of Building Permits, Maintain Permit Records as required by State law, Inspections during Construction, Permit Extensions, Issuance of Certificates of Occupancy, Contractor Registrations, Floodplain Management and providing Flood Protection Resources, FEMA Inspections, etc.
