Dear Residents & Property Owners of Key Colony Beach,
The Key Colony Beach City Commission, per recommendation by the Utility Board, has adopted Ordinance No. 2023-486, amending monthly charges for sewer and sewage disposal.
Effective October 1st, 2023, monthly sewer rates will increase from $60.00 to $66.67 per month.
This increase represents a new quarterly sewer assessment of $200.00.
Sewer rates have not been raised since October 2013 and necessary upgrades and repairs require a minor increase in charges.
The City of of Key Colony Beach desires to protect the health and safety of our residents and we appreciate your understanding.
