City of Key Colony Beach
Public Review of Unsolicited Public-Private Partnership (P3) Proposal
The City of Key Colony Beach will review an unsolicited Public-Private Partnership (P3) proposal received by the City for the operation and management of the City’s Golf Course during its regularly scheduled City Commission meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025, beginning at 9:35 a.m. or immediately following the conclusion of the City Commission Public Hearing.
The purpose of this agenda item is to present the proposal, allow for Commission discussion, and receive public comments. Community members are encouraged to attend and provide input regarding the proposal at this first public meeting.
The meeting will be held at:
City Hall, 600 West Ocean Drive, Key Colony Beach, Florida.
