We Need You — Volunteer for a City Board or Committee in 2026
One of the best things about living in Key Colony Beach is our strong sense of community, and that starts with residents who are willing to get involved. As we look ahead to 2026, we are inviting residents to consider volunteering their time, ideas, and talents by serving on one of the City’s boards or committees.
Whether you’re passionate about keeping our city beautiful, supporting recreation, helping guide development, or contributing to essential services, there’s a place for you.
2026 Openings Include:
Utility Board (greatest need)
- 2 full-time positions
- 2 alternate positions
Beautification Committee
- 2 alternate positions
- This committee is always looking for helping hands for beautification projects around the city.
Recreation Committee
- 2 alternate positions
Planning & Zoning

Serving on a board or committee is a meaningful way to give back, stay informed, and have a voice in decisions that shape our city.
