PUBLIC NOTICE
CITY OF KEY COLONY BEACH
Notice is hereby given that beginning February 2026, all City of Key Colony Beach Commission, Board, and Committee meetings will be moved to the afternoon.
Meetings will continue to be held on their regularly scheduled days; however, the new start time for all meetings will be 3:30 PM.
This change has been approved by the City Commission in anticipation of upcoming construction activities at City Hall. During the construction period, there may be intermittent noise, dust, and increased activity, and adjusting meeting times will help minimize disruptions and ensure meetings can proceed efficiently.

Marble Hall Meeting Schedule – Starting in February (until further notice)
City Commission Meetings – Every third Thursday at 3:30 PM
Utility Board Meeting – Every third Tuesday at 3:30 PM
Planning & Zoning Board Meeting – Every third Wednesday at 3:30 PM
Beautification Committee Meeting – Every second Tuesday at 3:30 PM
Recreation Committee Meetings – As needed at 3:30 PM
