The City of Key Colony Beach is seeking five resident volunteers to serve on a new Citizen Advisory Task Force (CATF) specific to looking at Community Development Block Grants (CDBG). We are actively exploring grant funds to help support the high costs of making our community infrastructure more resilient. To ensure we choose the right path, we need your input! This group will play a vital role in identifying and prioritizing critical community needs. We want this process to be a true collaboration, so no projects will be selected until the community has shared its ideas.
To help us meet specific state grant requirements, we highly encourage our retired residents or those on fixed incomes to apply. Please note that state income limits are based strictly on your current annual income, not your net worth or property value.
