NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF VARIANCE APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the Applicant has withdrawn the Variance Application for the property located at:
700 W. Ocean Drive
Key Colony Beach, Florida
The application sought a variance from the City of Key Colony Beach Code of Ordinances related to the proposed redevelopment of the property.
As a result of the withdrawal, the public hearing previously scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Board on August 19, 2026, and the City Commission on September 17, 2026, has been canceled. The application will not be considered by either board.
