May 2023 Beautification Award

Congratulations to our May Beautification Award winners - Dot and Dennis Klima at 220 15th Circle. They lived in Ft Lauderdale, next Marathon and then found their forever home here in Key Colony Beach. The Klimas started with the front of their house as their first remodel project, painting the house and adding a new circular paver driveway, a quadruple palm tree and planting assorted palms, ixoras, plumerias, etc. after removing the old driveway and fountain. The Klimas love our community vibe and friendly neighbors! Welcome!
