PROPERTY MANAGER AND LOCAL CONTACT CERTIFICATION
A current Certificate of Completion for Property Managers and/or Local Contact is required to perform this function for vacation rental properties in Key Colony Beach. There is no charge for this class and anyone may attend. If you need a class before a scheduled class date there is a $50.00 fee and you will need to contact City Hall-305-289-1212 ext. 129
