Verify a License

To verify a vacation rental license in the City of Key Colony Beach, please click the link below to go to our third-party Administrator, CitizenServe.

Once you are at the CitizenServe portal, you do not need to create an account or login to your account, you may search the portal as a Guest.

Under LICENSING, please click SEARCH FOR A LICENSE. Choose the file type “Licensing” from the drop-down menu and enter the address in the address search field. Click Submit. Any licenses will appear in the search results. If the search result is “No records found,” then a license is not on record with the City of Key Colony Beach.
