Eta is expected to be a hurricane in our area with 75 mph winds and 2 to 3 feet of storm surge.
KCB canals will close at 3 pm so we can secure our boats.
Liveaboards and mobile homes are under a mandatory evacuation starting at 5 pm. The shelters are open.
Tramastar will stop operations at 6 pm for 24 to 36 hours. The Marathon airport will close at 5 pm and Key West will close at 9 pm.
Garbage service throughout the Keys will be one day later next week.
Mariners Hospital ER will be open, but Fisherman’s may have to close.
