Dear Residents & Property Owners of Key Colony Beach,
The Key Colony Beach City Commission, per the Utility Board’s recommendation, has adopted Ordinance No. 2024-491, amending monthly sewer and sewage disposal charges.
Effective October 1st, 2024, monthly sewer rates will increase from $66.67 to $71.00 per month.
This increase represents a new quarterly sewer assessment of $213.00.
We are aware that the last increase in monthly rates and charges was only made one year ago; however, necessary upgrades and continued repairs require a minor increase in charges.
The City of Key Colony Beach desires to protect the health and safety of its residents and maintain our financial stability. We appreciate your understanding.
