At its regular meeting held on February 19, 2026, the City Commission of the City of Key Colony Beach adopted the following resolutions:
2026-01 Permit Fee Schedule Amendment– Amending the Building Department Permit and Services Fee Schedule to update certain building, inspection, and related fees.
2026-02 Miscellaneous Fee Schedule – Amending the City’s Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, including updates to miscellaneous service fees and boat trailer parking fees.
Both resolutions became effective immediately upon adoption.
Copies of the adopted resolutions are available for review at City Hall during regular business hours and may also be accessed on the City’s website.
