NOTICE OF INTENT
TO REISSUE ITB 2026-03
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given of intent to reissue ITB 2026-03 for the construction a half-court Basketball court.
The City of Key Colony Beach released ITB 2026-03 on February 6, 2026. The deadline for submittal was February 27, 2026, at 2:00pm.
On March 12, 2026 an Evaluation Committee met to discuss all bids submitted. On March 12, 2026, the Evaluation Committee reviewed all bids and issued a Notice of Intent to Award; the selected contractor did not meet the City’s contract requirements. The City will reissue the bid.
On Monday April 1, 2026 the City of Key Colony Beach informed bidders of the City’s bid rejection.
A Public Notice will be issued upon the rerelease of this solicitation.
Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Florida Statutes Chapter 120.57(3), or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Failure to post the required bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Protests must be filed with the City Clerk, City of Key Colony Beach, 600 W. Ocean, Key Colony Beach, Florida.
