As our busy season approaches, the City of Key Colony Beach would like to take this opportunity to provide a friendly reminder to all residents and property owners about following the City’s rules and regulations.
Over the past several years, the City has focused on education and compliance, working with property owners to address concerns and help ensure that everyone understands the requirements that apply to their property.
We kindly ask all property owners to make sure their properties are properly licensed, when required, and that all applicable City regulations are being followed. This includes compliance with the City’s rental requirements, including the minimum rental period.
If you are unsure about a requirement or have questions regarding licensing, rentals, or other City regulations, please contact City Hall. Our staff is happy to answer questions and help you understand the requirements before an issue arises.
Key Colony Beach is a unique community enjoyed by full-time residents, part-time residents, property owners, and visitors alike. As the season becomes busier, a little cooperation and consideration from everyone goes a long way toward maintaining the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere we all value.
