Notice is hereby given that the City of Key Colony Beach will hold a Public Hearing, conducted by the State of Florida, Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, at 9:30 am at the temporary meeting place for the City of Key Colony Beach, at the Key Colony Inn Banquet m, 700 W. Ocean Drive, Key Colony Beach, Florida, to hear argument and evidence as to why LEAD LENDING LLC, are in violation of the relevant provisions of Key Colony Beach Ordinance 6-6, Building Permit, 6-8 Remodeling: Required Performance and Permit Expiration, 6-34, Standards, and 6-56, Maintenance, relative to the structure located at 211 9th Street, Key Colony Beach.
