Property Manager and Local Contact Certification Class

A current Certificate of Completion for Property Managers and/or Local Contacts is required to perform this function for vacation rental properties in Key Colony Beach.
Classes are scheduled for the following dates:
Monday, March 6, 2023 at 10:30 am
Monday, June 5, 2023 at 10:30 am
Monday, September 11, 2023 at 10:30 am
Monday, December 4, 2023 at 10:30 am
Classes will be located at the Key Colony Beach City Hall Annex and virtually via Zoom.
There is no charge for this class, and anyone may attend. If you are applying to become a Property Manager or a 24/7 Local Contact for vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach, a $150 fee will apply after completion of the class.
